MEET MAGGIE

…WHO CONTINUES ON HER MISSION TO DOCUMENT THE DIVERSE, UNIQUE LOVE OF THE BAYSTATE AND BEYOND

In addition to my involvement in wedding photography, I have a niche in queer photography. As an LGBTQ+ individual, I understand the importance of capturing the LGBTQ+ community through a lens that is inclusive, authentic, and empowering. Queer photography is important because it provides representation for a community that has often been underrepresented or misrepresented in traditional media. By showcasing the diversity and beauty of the LGBTQ+ community through my photography, I hope to promote visibility, understanding, and acceptance.

As a queer photographer, I have a unique perspective that allows me to capture the nuances and complexities of queer experiences. I am committed to creating a safe and comfortable environment for all of my clients, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Through my work, I aim to celebrate the love, resilience, and strength of the LGBTQ+ community and to highlight the intersections of race, class, and gender that are often overlooked in mainstream media.

In a world that can often be hostile to queer individuals, queer photography serves as a powerful tool for reclaiming our narratives, telling our own stories, and celebrating our identities. I am proud to be a part of this movement, and I am committed to using my photography to create a more inclusive and accepting world for all.

PERSONALIZING EXPERIENCES WITH HONESTY AND AUTHENTICITY SINCE — WELL — I’ve lost count.

Hi! I'm Maggie, the proud owner of "Maggie By The Millimeter." I started this business to bring comfort in a chaotic world. I've loved photography since I was young, thanks to my mom's old film cameras. I studied liberal arts at Bridgewater State University, majoring in English Literature and minoring in Anthropology and Sociology. Throughout my studies, I knew photography would always be important to me. As a Capricorn, I believe in hard work and decided to start my own business instead of working for someone else. As a determined Gen Z, I'm dedicated to giving my clients my best work to make them feel confident and cared for, whether it's a wedding or senior portrait.
